Responsibilities
- Lead the global demand generation programs from concept to implementation across channels (online/offline) and deliver on pipeline goals.
- Align with the strategy team to deliver calculated marketing strategies and programs that accelerate deal velocity, increase deal size, and capture key opportunities for new business growth.
- Develop Growth marketing strategies and tactics and translate them into awareness, acquisition and retention marketing campaigns across user life cycle.
- Directly contribute to our revenue by building a repetitive and predictable inbound demand generation engine.
- Ability to interface and work with both internal and external marketing teams and stakeholders. Experience interacting with product and tech teams to optimize user experience will be valued.
Qualifications
- At least 4 years of experience as a marketing executive and/or growth strategist
- Experience with blockchain and crypto is a must.
- Prior working experience in tech startups and businesses
- Experience with growth experimentation (multivariate testing, ICE, cohorts, funnel optimization…) and agile methodologies for marketing.
- Ability to interface and work with both internal and external marketing teams and stakeholders. Experience interacting with product and tech teams to optimize user experience will be valued.
- Battle-tested knowledge of community building and campaign management with influencers, media and other stakeholders.
- Interest and understanding of marketing across channels familiar to fintech and crypto communities.
